SELECTED NIST PUBLICATIONS

NIST has removed the website that contained selected publications for the display work that was done by Ed Kelley with others at NIST from 1992 until 2009. We have received request for those publications from time to time. Here you can access those publications. Note that these publications and the apparatus ideas contained within them are in the public domain (and therefore the apparatus ideas are not subject to patent). A full list of publications (some 89 publications, not categorized as here) is available at a NIST site, click here to access those publications (enter "Kelley" for last name and "Edward" for first name; note two "e's" in "Kelley").

Regarding the files formerly on the NIST site: For *.PDF files an Adobe Acrobat Reader will be required (Portable Document FormatŪ, see http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html ); *.PPT files will require Microsoft PowerPointŪ; *.ZIP files will require unzipping (see http://www.pkware.com/ or http://www.winzip.com/ ) to obtain the bitmapped files in *.PNG format (Portable Network Graphics format, see http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/ ), other common formats may be used in addition; the ZIP files may also contain the native format files from the software used in their creation.
